You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived or the tracking hasn't updated in a few days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it down.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days in the US. Free shipping on orders over $50.

3. How does the 30-night trial work?

Use it for a full 30 nights. If it doesn't earn its place, email us and we'll arrange a return for a full refund.

4. How do I return or exchange something?

Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Returns are free within the 30-night trial window.

5. When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives with us, refunds are processed within 7 business days. It can take a few more days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as you can with your order number and we'll do our best. Once it's shipped, you can use the 30-night trial to return it.

7. Will the mask fit me?

It's one size and strapless, so there's no tightening or adjusting. The two soft ends rest against each other and settle over your eyes, which works across most head sizes.

8. How do I clean it?

Spot clean with mild soap and cool water, then let it air dry fully. Don't machine wash, tumble dry, or microwave it.

9. Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. The cover is soft and hypoallergenic, with no velcro, hard plastic, or straps to press or rub.
