I love this weighted eye mask! I find the weight gives enough pressure on the eyelids to make you feel comforted and relaxed. I’ve tried a few other ones and this one seems to have more weight to it which I prefer. I like that it has two materials although I most likely will only use the cooling side.

I get a migraine every day and if I’m lucky my medication will deter it! However, this eye mask is a life saver- a MUST HAVE! My main concern is LIGHT (my house is basically all windows) and when you put this on you are in total darkness. I’ve never had a mask that put me into a complete COMPLETE dark abyss~ any migraine suffer will know ho great that is. Second , it is weighted from the insert but you barely notice it and they can be removed.
I love the pressure it adds-think weighted blanket but for your eyes. It’s bliss. I use this to meditate and it blacks out any light. Completely helps me be comfortable and relaxed to stay focused. Perfect size and the design covers the entire eye area high cheek to low forehead. I love it so much I bought one for our son and he loves it too.
